The Espresso Evolution EG2115 is a manual espresso machine made in Italy that offers you an authentic barista experience at home. It features an ergonomic portafilter made of plastic and metal, allowing for optimal compression of the coffee grounds. It comes with an exclusive POD SYSTEM filter that is suitable for both ground coffee and coffee pods, producing a perfect crema. Additionally, it has an automatic pre-infusion function that moistens the coffee grounds with hot water before brewing, resulting in a more intense extraction and a richer-tasting espresso. A memo function allows you to save your favorite espresso. The drip tray has two positions that adjust to different cup sizes and prevent splashes. The 1.2-liter water tank is removable or refillable. It also features a 0.1-liter aluminum boiler powered by a 1425-watt motor.
