With the single or doppio button, you can prepare a single or double espresso at the push of a button. Both the hot water and milk foam nozzles can be rotated 360 degrees. The manometer always displays the current brewing pressure during preparation. To ensure that espresso and crema turn out perfectly, the "baronessa" utilizes pre-infusion technology, which moistens the coffee grounds before the actual extraction. The control panel allows you to adjust both the water temperature (PID control) for espresso preparation and the steam humidity. Additionally, the cup volume for one or two espresso shots can be set. The "baronessa" features three descaling programs for the brew head and the steam or hot water lance. A programmable descaling reminder after using 12, 25, or 50 liters of water is also included in the equipment.
