Graef Master M 95

The MASTER M95 slicer allows you to cut ham, cold cuts, or cheese fresh from a longer-lasting piece, rather than buying them pre-sliced and packaged. This powerful, robust all-metal machine is designed for uniform, paper-thin slices and can be tilted 30° to easily catch the sliced goods. The durable full steel blade can be sharpened with the included knife sharpener. The combination of a whisper-quiet 170 W condenser motor and a smooth full steel blade (Ø 17 cm) enables precise cuts. The carriage with stainless steel surface can be operated continuously or with a momentary switch. The high-quality full steel blade in commercial quality is protected by a removable blade cover and, thanks to its hollow grind, supports the cutting of ultra-thin slices.

The MASTER M95 in elegant iron mica gray with a hygienic glass base plate is a highlight in any kitchen. The package includes a stainless steel tray, the PRO combination attachment (waste holder & MiniSlice in one), a blade removal device, and a diamond knife sharpener.
