It has an integrated scale, a touch screen with six preset programs, mixing bowl interior lighting and an EasyLift mixing arm that can be opened with just one hand. The heat function makes it easy to heat ingredients in the mixing bowl for better, faster results - with no fuss. Swiss meringue can be made in the exclusive Easy-Warm mixing bowl - as can dough and melt chocolate. The built-in EasyWeigh scale saves time and reduces mess when baking, so you can weigh all the ingredients right into the bowl. It even works when the optional accessory is used. So you can simply weigh in the mixing bowl or in one of the accessories, such as the multi chopper, when it's attached. For one-touch creativity, the intuitive 2.4-inch BakeAssist touchscreen makes it a breeze to operate the machine. Six SimpleTouch programs allow you to proof dough, melt chocolate, knead dough, prepare a sponge cake, whip egg whites or make Swiss meringue. With just the touch of a finger, baking projects succeed with ease. Many recipes call for more than one bowl. The EasyWarm mixing bowl holds another mixing bowl that can be easily removed.
