The only difference seems to be the colour. It is possible that the weight is incorrect as they look like the same models. The wire then depends on how you intend to use it, I would usually advise getting it with the wire which is always better than having to recharge it every so often, knowing then that the battery is used and when it has come to the end it has to be changed and the warranty would not cover it. Unfortunately, we don't have batteries so you would have to contact the manufacturer directly. Then there is also the risk that these hoovers are no longer manufactured and therefore neither are the batteries. However, if you have animals that shed hair a lot, it is better to get one that is specially made, otherwise there is a risk that the hairs will clog up and overheat the motor. For the warranty, the return charge is at your expense but if you have to send it back a second time then we cover the costs.

The Crosswave is very good but not a jack of all trades. I have 3 dogs and the hair sticks to the floor even when you can't see it. I have a 60m2 ceramic tiled floor. Around the aviary of my 2 parrots, fruit remains also stick very firmly. The only thing that helps is moistening it once with the Crosswave and then loosening it with a hand scraper and then vacuuming it off. Even in the kitchen, where there are sometimes dried stains, it doesn't just go away like that, sometimes you just have to get to grips with the situation by running a lot of water over it several times. In my experience, it's not because of the brush roll. I make sure that the roller is properly engaged and turns freely. I have switched to pre-vacuuming with my Dyson and roller brush and then the dirty water tank and the filter are not fully blocked straight away. Oh yes, the cleaning agent is expensive but not the best either, there are better agents for my case. I use a commercially available cleaner that doesn't foam. And of course always clean the dirty water tank, filter and roller after every floor cleaning and the pipe to the dirty water tank is often clogged with hair. I'm actually very happy with the Cross Wave. I think everyone has to go their own way, as it was cheap. I always wanted a corded wet vacuum cleaner because I don't like having to charge the battery all the time. I think everyone has their own experience with their own cleaning problem. Greetings!

I did not have an adapter with me, but I ordered from DE. It came with a bottle of detergent and I was able to use it immediately. It is a squeegee and not a hoover.

The Pet Pro version includes the BISSELL pet odour elimination formula. The complete differences: Bissell Cross Wave 560W: https://www.bissell.eu/products/crosswave.html Bissell Cross Wave Pet Pro 560W: https://www.bissell.eu/products/crosswave-pet-pro.html The wireless version is 250W (https://www.bissell.eu/products/crosswave-cordless.html), but here it's not really a question of which version is better, but rather whether you want a wired or wireless version. The 250W does not need a cable to work, while the 560W does.

It is suitable for parquet. Regarding the use of third-party products, here is what the brand states on its website: "Yes, you can use another product of your choice with Crosswave. However, it is strictly forbidden to use household vinegar, or any other acidic product, which will lead to corrosion of your appliance. This will invalidate the warranty of your appliance. Also, the use of products that generate foam is not recommended. Finally, you will probably need to do several tests to find the ideal dosage that leaves no traces. The advantage of Bissell cleaning products is that they have been developed specifically for use with your CrossWave and are perfectly dosed for it."

Some products come from Germany and therefore have a European plug. If this is the case we provide an adapter. :) If we are still missing one, please contact us by email and we will send you one! https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/fr/requests/new
