CleanMaxx Iron for shirts & blouses
1800 W
I have the product at home and am satisfied so far. However, there are some points that need to be taken into account. After washing, when the shirt is still damp, I put it on the CleanMaxx for about 10-15 minutes. I button up the whole shirt so that there are as few creases as possible. Weights are also attached to the bottom of the shirt, which doesn't necessarily make the finish too nice. I don't mind, though, because most of my shirts go into my trousers. Otherwise, I can put the shirt straight into the wardrobe after this time. I think the quality is good with the right application. However, the room in question gets very warm and the noise emission is not very low. About the volume of a hoover. However, it takes a lot of time away from me and my nerves are also better. If you want it to be perfect, I recommend doing it by hand.
The iron works perfectly with shirts. Those who need a crease (bankers? consultants?) take their shirts to the dry cleaners anyway and don't have time to button the shirt onto the iron.
Well, personally, I don't use it for jumpers or t-shirts, but only for shirts or blouses. And in over 5 years of regular use, I've never noticed this phenomenon.
The linked one has an additional steam function.
Hello, I cannot answer this question as I returned the unit before I ever used it because of its cheap design.
Hello Tanja, Yes, the iron is noisy. I keep it in the room next to the laundry room, outside. I don't want to have the iron in my flat. But I would hate to have to do without it again. It's a real relief when it comes to doing the laundry. Except for the noise, it's a real no. 1!
In mid-January, it was still the rotary knob version, as shown in the pictures.
Warranty 24 months, see also under return and warranty. Greetings.
No, they have to be wet. The wrinkles will not come out if they are dry.
Ciao Simon, I wear L upwards myself. There are no problems with the sleeves. But with the shirt itself, it can be critical in the lower part.
I would say yes. But I've never tried it. The part inflates and fills the shirt from the inside. In my opinion, the width of the shoulder strap is crucial. It's made of plastic and rigid. I'm not at home at the moment to measure it, but according to the information on the product dimensions, the part is 56 cm wide.
No, it hasn't. In my opinion, it doesn't need to. I switch it on and after about 20 minutes it is dried and smoothed. The part is still great and saves me a trip to the dry cleaner. Of course, the result is not perfect, but it is often as good as the work of many dry-cleaning companies! Also a great gift idea, also available for business trousers.
tested* funny why can't I edit a spelling mistake afterwards?
Yup, I use it all the time for T-shirts, polos and shirts...
The appliance is primarily intended for machine-spun laundry. The drying / ironing process takes approx. 10 minutes for a spin-dried shirt. The station is heated up in a few minutes and can be regulated by the temperature level.
Let's put it this way...... I walk out of the room and close the door behind me! The iron is practical, has a good result, but is very noisy and realistically you need 15 minutes per shirt, which then results in 4 shirts per hour ;-) For me it fits and I wouldn't want to miss it despite the shortcoming.
It depends on the thickness of the shirt. About 5 minutes for not very thick shirts, 10 for thicker ones.
Yes, this is what allows the fabric to be taut during the drying phase, and thus removes wrinkles.
Why don't you write an e-mail to customer service? They will surely send you an adapter.
Hi Jasmin, I sometimes do this too, but I spray the T-shirt or jumper a little beforehand with a water-filled spray bottle. It's super quick to do.
Yes, it saves ironing. If the clothes are dry, just spray a little water over them and let the machine do its job. Really excellent, the shirt/sweater/t-shirt is ready to wear and wrinkle free while you: shave, shower, have breakfast, answer emails/text messages etc. And what's more, there's now the room to do the same job with the trousers! Assisted multi-tasking... ;-)
So far, I've only used it for shirts.
No Galaxus is fortunately not broken ;) Since we deal with different suppliers and daily prices, it can happen that we unfortunately have to offer a slightly higher price than the competition. We have now checked the price again with regard to purchasing conditions and other influences and were able to adjust it to CHF 79. :)
