The charging time is also a mystery to me. I had the hoover in the station for two days and still don't know when it charged. In any case, the light never goes out.
the EnergyCare has a charging station for wall mounting, is lighter, stronger and above all has Li-Ion batteries which have a significantly longer life than the Ni-Mh of the MiniVac, which is primarily intended for the car (presumably with the possibility of connection to the cigarette lighter socket) --> household = EnergyCare
I only found it at Migros, not at Galaxus: https://migros-service.migros.ch/de/Staubsack-Fc8035-2stk-/p/9071021995
The vacuum cleaner is no good at all. I have thrown mine away!
Search on youtube for instructions on how to change the batteries.
For me, the red LED flashes all the time during charging, and it is long. Many hours. Afterwards, it is constantly red (as long as it is in the charging cradle). My tip: When the LED stops flashing, take the hoover briefly out of the charging tray and put it back in after a few seconds. If the flashing does not stop, leave it outside a little longer. And again and again ... With this trick, I was able to bring a Nokia headset back to life after it had been at the dealer for 2-3 years as a discontinued model and had obviously been deep-discharged and reacted in the same way as your hoover. However: 1. your hoover may be defective in some other way 2. I had to take the headset out and plug it in about 500 times until it started charging 3. the deeply discharged battery no longer has full capacity, so it is damaged. Therefore, my recommendation: send it in sooner, all the more so as the battery is very heavily loaded in the hoover, normal operating time is around 10-15 minutes. A weak battery will run down much faster and is then unusable (I can talk on the phone for 1 hour instead of 3 with the headset, which is still possible, it was my model of choice that was no longer available elsewhere, so I kept it, despite the problem).
With everyone you see in the photos.
The unit has a charging station that can be connected to the normal 220V mains supply. In addition, the unit can be operated via the supplied cable from the car battery via a cigarette lighter. I am not aware that it can also be charged in this way. Operation without waiting through charging times is guaranteed in any case.
Yes, everything is included. We also decided on the eco hoover at the time. We recently had to get rid of it because it had less and less power. So unfortunately short-lived and therefore not a good eco-balance.
The charging station as a whole can be found on the internet, but it costs about SFr. 50. You may have to convert the supplied 12V car adapter with the power supply unit from the cradle.
Hello, Galaxus forwarded your question to me but your question is not about the product but about the service of Galaxus. You should directly call them. When I ordered this product, I received exactly the same one and I am happy with the product.
Yes, it's in.
You would have to ask the manufacturer directly. https://www.philips.ch/c-w/support-home/support-contact-page.html#n62Contact=HOUSEHOLD_PRODUCTS_GR%2BVACUUM_CLEANERS_CA . Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to offer this.
These should fit: 'https://www.migros-service.ch/de/e/9071021994/staubfilter-fc8036-mi23'
There is NO need to purchase bags. The vacuum cleaner has filters which should be cleaned when emptying the vacuum cleaner. The best way is to use a conventional hoover with a brush attachment.
No
Good evening, No, the filter is resistant and after almost 2 years of use it still works perfectly.
If you mean the charging cable, i.e. the power adapter for the car, then yes. It can be charged. Bigh1985 has already asked the question.
A car cable with car adapter is included in the scope of delivery. " Use the car adapter cable: With the car adapter cable, you can connect the hoover to the socket socket of the cigarette lighter in your car and use it as long as you like without further charge it for as long as you like." https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/9/0/0/6/4/6/fc6149_01_dfu_deu.pdf

"If fully discharging the rechargeable battery several times does not help to restore the capacity of the battery and the time between recharging gets shorter and shorter, the battery has reached the end of its life. Unfortunately, we do not sell spare parts for this item in our shop. However, you can contact the company http://www.sertronics.ch/article/article.php3?art=31, where you should be able to order a replacement filter.
The hand hoover can only be charged directly via the charging station.
