Hello The menu is actually very user friendly. - Print DYI button -> Display shows arrow on the cap symbol to the left of the display setting. - Put the arrow to the right on the timer symbol - Use the arrows outside the display to set the desired time - Timer can be set to 9:00 hours. Works perfectly. The minute setting 5-60 is only visible on the timer of the preset programmes, e.g. Soup selection. I hope it helps.

Hello, this product is not a deep fryer in the traditional sense. The operating instructions, which describe all the fix programmes and possible settings, can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website. The crust/fry function has a default temperature of 160 degrees Celsius. Manual settings are 100/120/140/160 degrees Celsius.
