I use the MUM5 almost exclusively to knead gluten-free bread dough.
It goes great, all ingredients are mixed nicely, it almost never needs to be scraped.
I also bought the plastic bowl, with this the dough dissolves even better than with the metal one, because the entire dough goes into the bread and nothing sticks to the bowl.Pro

I need this household machine mainly for making bread and cake doughs.
Both the dough hook and the professional flexi whisk can be used to make optimal doughs.
The fact that the 1,000 watt motor can also process up to 1 kg of flour without any effort makes this Bosch unique.
Because I always have to put the machine away after use, the relatively low weight of the machine makes it easier to handle. Nevertheless, it stands absolutely still on the work surface when kneading.
