Recommendable automatic waffle maker
I am very satisfied with this appliance and use it to bake almond waffles (setting: level 5). Preheat, put in batter when green, wait until green again and then the waffles are easy to remove, provided you have greased the machine a little beforehand. After that, you can continue right away.
It also makes a very stable and high-quality impression.
Two things bother me:
1. the device comes with a clunky and angled Schuko plug together with an adapter that directs the kinking cable in the wrong direction. Especially when the sockets are close to each other, you have to literally choke the plug into it, which creates a lot of tension that is certainly not good for the lifespan and operational safety of the electrical installation.
Why the manufacturer doesn't just fit a normal plug is a mystery to me - sometimes it just has to be complicated.
2. the waffle irons are not removable and therefore not easy to clean without putting the appliance under water. It is best to clean one side first, then turn the appliance on its side and clean the other. A dishwasher-compatible solution would be desirable for the successor.Pro
