I've been using this mould for a while now and it's still great fun. The baguettes always turn out great. As I can't eat 3 baguettes, I bake two of them not quite done and freeze them. These can then be baked in a similar way to the baked rolls. That way they are nice and fresh. Also works well with sourdough.

This makes perfect and crispy baguettes - be sure to bake without a lid for another 15 minutes at the end.
The recipe quantity should be adhered to. If some of the dough overflows and bakes, the dish is still easy to clean.
