If you treat the pan as described by the manufacturer, it will probably last forever! Still flawless after over a year!

Fissler convinces with quality
The pan arrived safely packed. When I unpacked it, I was struck by its heavy weight. It looks sturdy and of high quality with a thick base that distributes the heat well. Even though the Adamant coating is advertised as scratch-resistant, I use a gentle tool to turn the pan to avoid scratches. Thanks to the thick base and the coating, my food is cooked evenly and nothing burns. Fortunately, the glass lid of my old pan fits. It's not my first Fissler product and I'm generally very satisfied with Fissler. The pan should not be used on maximum heat (according to the instructions) and needs a little time to get up to temperature, but then it holds it very well and evenly.

Disappointing! Lasted less than a year
There was a 2 year warranty for this item and it doesn’t cover the issues encountered: brown hue and non-stick coating peel. I wonder what actual defects are covered?
