Nice tiny cleaner
This is a small vacuum cleaner with enough power for the most of households. Negative comment: no adapter was included for a Swiss plug (original is EU plug), not as per the instruction on Galaxus for this product, and we had to change the plug into Swiss to avoid using our own adapter each time.

Top vacuum cleaner
I am an allergy sufferer (dust mite allergy) and have been looking for a suitable vacuum cleaner. This one is perfect for me! I am very satisfied.
It is a German product and therefore it also has a German plug. It comes with an adapter for Switzerland. If this would be missing, you can reorder this free of charge at digitec.Pro

Could have been so much better
It’s a great little vacuum but with so many little flaws that simply make it cumbersome. Weird coming from a German brand.
And the shape around the wheels, making it catch every edge around the house and get stuck. Clearly a product designed by engineers and not tested by them. Use it for 20mins and you immediately get annoyed by that. Quel dommage!Pro
