The grinder gets very hot after a while. I therefore always took breaks. If you want to grind larger quantities (e.g. 500g), you should bring some time with you. Grains can be catapulted out of the bowl towards the end of the grinding process. So never look directly into it from above and it is best to put something on top to cover it. The result is very good. If you can live with the limitations, you will get a good grinder.

Performed very well grinding a variety of grains into flour for bread baking.
Larger granularity also seems appropriate for preparing grains for beer brewing.
