Horrible, dangerously hot, scratches on day one, incredibly slow
I would have sent it back immediately but since Galaxus' return policy is so depressing and hostile to customers, I couldn't be bothered.
When trying to remove the stickers, there is residue left which can't be removed without actually scratching the metal bits (low quality sealing layers). So the unit looks terrible after unpacking. Disappointing.
But not as disappointing as the heat this thing develops. One can't really touch it when toasting and shortly thereafter.
For some reason it is also disgustingly slow. I cancelled the first toast and it came out almost black after 3 minutes. I couldn't touch the toaster after that without burning myself. Stay away from this, seriously. Safety issue. Do yourself a favour and buy a proper toaster.Pro
