Kenwood Mincer KAX950ME
Still have a good late Kenwood and therefore needed an adapter, that works and plummets and fits somehow
ATTENTION: do not clean in dishwasher (is written very well in instructions)
High spirits :)
what could happen I thought...
but well, the coating goes away and then you can dispose of them :(
see picture this is how it looks after one wash. (it doesn't xD)
New ordered, only hand wash :)

The product fulfils its purpose excellently and there is nothing to complain about.
Unfortunately, this purchase was overshadowed by the lengthy delivery. The mincer was ordered in mid-Dec 2019 and delivered in mid-May 2020, during which time the product showed in the account every few days that delivery would be next, only for it to be postponed again until next week without notification. And on delivery, the product arrived with no outer box, just the original packaging, which was damaged. In principle, I think it's good when cardboard consumption is reduced, but it would still be great if not all my neighbours knew what I had bought.
I also know that the pandemic has led to various delivery problems and I have no problems with that. But I'd still rather have realistic delivery times than the nice-sounding "ready to ship in 2-3 days" ones, only to be strung along for 6 months.
The mincer works well. But after a rinse cycle in the machine, all the parts become dull and grey: aluminium probably comes out.
Aluminium reacts with all kinds of acids and thus dissolves into the food. But aluminium is suspected of being unhealthy (one of the few metals that, despite its high occurrence on the planet, is not used as a trace element by any living creature).
I grudgingly continue to use the part, but will replace it sooner or later. I expect from a brand like Kenwood that the parts (like all other attachments for the Kenwood Chef) are dishwasher safe. Otherwise I might as well buy the Lidl food processor for a fraction of the price.

The very sturdy meat grinder is made of easy-to-clean die-cast aluminum. Unlike simpler models, the feed tray is also made of metal.
The drive shaft, the cutting blade and the three discs (fine, medium, coarse) are made of steel.
In addition, some additional accessories are included: A plastic tray that fits on the filler tray, which can hold the minced meat. The sturdy plastic pusher is hollow to them and still contains accessories such as an attachment for sausage stuffing (postitive surprise). Last is the key (also made of plastic) to unscrew or unscrew the front cover.
All in all, I am super satisfied after the first experience!

This fact is actually a killer criterion. In the 21st century, it should no longer happen that metal parts turn black in the dishwasher, that is simply not possible. Aluminium or magnesium, which are not dishwasher-proof due to corresponding alloys, are simply not suitable for the kitchen, even if the other requirements are met.
