Leaky closure. Not suitable for fermentation.

The wooden lid unfortunately does not provide a hermetic seal. The hole for the surge tank is not tight at all! Everything I have put on so far in the thing is moldy.

Inferior product, price absolutely not justified.

Inferior glass and the rest of poorly processed plastic. Lid does not close completely tight. The bubble counter is unfortunately also made of plastic and arrived already scratched.

All in all an OK product

The fermentation set does its job very well. Unfortunately, the glass is of very low quality and therefore may not be sterilized with boiling water. This is a bit pointless as a sterile environment is very important in a fermentation.

    Poor quality, unfortunately

After washing once in the dishwasher, the glass bottom had a crack in it. Possibly manufacturing defect, hard to say. Now unfortunately no longer usable. Lid and workmanship is pretty cheap. Too bad!
