Panasonic Croustina
Breads with gluten are perfect.
Be careful with gluten-free breads (SG)! As indicated in the instructions (which you can only see once you have bought the machine): "this program (SG) is specially designed for certain gluten-free mixes (also called Mix), therefore, it is not recommended to use this program to make and bake your own gluten-free mix".
Indeed, several tests with my own mixes were not satisfactory, but totally positive with the Mixes.
The bread maker has been in operation for several months and we are very satisfied with it. The bread becomes really wonderfully crispy. The only drawback is that it is not possible to program your own recipes. However, you can experiment a bit with the preset recipes. For example, I replaced half of the white flour in my white bread with smoke flour. It turns out very well too.

The Croustina is certainly the machine on the market that comes closest to achieving a baker's crust. Sometimes it's almost too much and the crust is reminiscent of breads that have been baked again. Negatively, I notice that the crust still smells of the machine after about 20 loaves - hope that still settles. In addition, the breads dry out relatively quickly. But is not a problem, because a Pfünder anyway after a day is gone ;)

I have the Panasonic Croustina bread machine only a week in operation but already baked four loaves. The bread is crispy, my kitchen smells like the bakery in the morning and the bread tastes delicious. When making my purchase decision, I read that the non-stick coating wears off after a year and that you will have to buy a new baking pan at some point. Even then it is worth buying this machine. I can only heartily recommend it. Weigh the ingredients for five minutes in the evening and put them into the mould. Select the program and start. At 7 o'clock in the morning fresh warm bread. Simply perfect!
