This product is a bad design.
Every other time when taking out the glass, the bottom comes off the glass and all the sauce runs out the bottom! Only by acting quickly, nothing has gotten into the motor of my blender so far.
Even a careful up-screw the lower lid does not solve the problem.
Kassensturz had the same problems with this blender. That's why the motor broke before they could even test it.Pro

I would not buy more after my experience
Actually good product but..
According to some research on the net, some also have the problem with how I that engine fluid leaks. Or even worse in the juice has. The product is not made to last long annoying vorallem shortly after the warranty kaputtgegangen.Pro

Buy a Nutribullet or whatever....
The product has made me very sad on a regular basis. Had to send it back immediately because a thread was stuck. Even after repair, the thread (connection between glass and blade) is the weak point.... After the (very loud) mixing process, the cup has now come off the bottom (knife) for the second time when removed from the blender (with the result that all the sauce was no longer in the glass, but instead in the motor and my socks), I have decided to return the product. I do not care if I get the money back ...

AVOID
I am so disappointed with this blender.
I was so excited to purchase it. The reviews were great. Both here and on YouTube. The motor is super powerful. The container is real glass. The specs were super promising.
The reality is very different.
The 1400W motor is not effective. My other blender with 900W is far more effective.
Even with 1/3 full, the blender needs significant help to blend (moving food around manually so that the blades can be effective).
And when I operate it, there is a strange metallic whine that comes.
Either I have a faulty unit or this model is just designed wrongly. I only hope it is the former.
But it has been a deeply disappointing experience.Pro

It is a waste of money
Last time we tried to use it, my husband and I were laughing at this blender as it is our waste of money this year. The public reviews are very good , but let me say this blender has given me a headache. First off it is very heavy and no easy to handle or store in a shelve. Second, if you put inside lots of your product to blend and it gets heavy, the moment you want to take the glass off it would unscrew it and leak the content….If you use the bullet glass to prepare a fruit shake for instance , make sure you do not put too much product weight in it because it won’t start. I am very dissatisfied with this blender and I do not recommend.
