Price / performance super!
Would me, if this times defective, buy this model again. Emptying the dust super convenient compared to other bagless vacuums. Am totally satisfied!

- Excellent suction power, For cat hair on upholstery or carpet no problem.
- Practical accessories (the brush is cleverly integrated on the tube).
- Easy to empty
- Practical to use (moves well through rooms and corners)

Very good small and compact device
I needed a replacement at short notice and the hoover appealed to me because of its design and compactness. Very good suction power for tiles, parquet and fabric materials.

not good first impression.
first impression bad! it comes with a non-swiss plug! how can I use it? paying 10CHF more to buy an adaptor?! Aslo the quality of plastic materials is not promising. Still, I cannot use it to describe its performance!

I can't rate a product I have not yet received!!
This was supposed to be delivered in one evening. It's one week later and I am still waiting.
I have tried to file an order case online, but get a technical error.
I've chatted with customer support, but they told me they need to route to the right department and I will need to wait for an email.
I keep getting emails to rate a product where the delivery = "dispatched" for a week. This makes no sense. I just want my product now, or my money back.Contra
