Philips Langschlitztoaster
The toaster was supplied with a German plug, which cannot be used in Switzerland. An adapter was probably included. This means that the plug and adapter are so large that nothing else can be plugged into a multiple socket. It must be clear at the time of ordering that devices are provided with a power connection that can be used in Switzerland without an adapter. If I had known this from the outset, I would not have bought the toaster. Now the electrician had to change the plug because it was too inconvenient for me to return the toaster. All in all, this business behaviour is not customer-friendly. Too bad for Digitec, I'm not really used to it.
I had a Russl Hobbs glass window toaster for years. I wasn't keen on losing the see-through window, but they are all too expensive. I am happy with this purchase. The controls are easy to use with no force needed. The borwing is even unlike my old toaster.
Highly recommended.

Super toaster
The long slot toaster versus a dual toaster: 3 slices of bread can be toasted at the same time.
The 1st toaster is still toasting perfectly even after 6 years.
