The sensor data is transmitted wirelessly to the base station. The base station forwards the data via a LAN connection to your router, if desired. The measurement data is then available worldwide, and you can access and display it from various devices (e.g., smartphone, PC, tablet) (not applicable for indoor temperature and humidity). The outdoor sensor features a built-in solar module. When there is sufficient ambient light, the three special batteries (included) are charged. If the power from the solar module is no longer sufficient, the batteries take over the power supply (e.g., at night).
