Soup station - 4 x pot - 2.75 litres - 600 W With the RCBM-4/4R soup station from Royal Catering, we provide you with the perfect helper for keeping your food warm. The bain marie is equally suitable for professional use in restaurants, for example to bridge different cooking times, as it is for use in snack bars, bistros or soup kitchens. The RCBM-4/4R gently keeps sauces or soups of all kinds at a constant temperature and the soup station has four round insert pans including lids with an inner diameter of 170 mm. Each pot therefore has a capacity of 2.75 litres. In total, the RCBM-4/4R soup station allows you to keep 11 litres of your sauces or soups and, of course, any other type of food constantly warm at the same time. The contents of the insert pots are gently heated in a water bath using the four round tanks. The individually heatable and adjustable tanks are filled with water for this purpose. The maximum water capacity is 0.6 litres. A temperature between 30 - 110 °C can be set on each of the four control dials. Thanks to the high temperature range, this soup station is not only suitable for keeping food warm, but also for fondues or melting chocolate. The RCBM-4/4R soup station from Royal Catering is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel and is therefore tasteless, easy to clean and durable. With its four rubber feet, the appliance stands securely and non-slip on most surfaces. The simple design can be easily integrated into any kitchen interior and the lights next to the control knobs provide the user of the Bain Marie with information about the status (on/off) of the respective tank. The Bain Marie operates with employees with 4 x 150 W and a voltage of 230 V. It is very easy to operate: simply plug the 1.4 m long cable with the EU plug into the socket and nothing stands in the way of keeping your freshly prepared food warm.
