Smooth operation
Screen displays the current status of the model in a simple style (e.g. during preheating)
Volume adjustable (through very intuitive setting process)
more demanding tamping process (given the minimal weight of the tamper, scil. ~ 18g)
No descaling programme available
Very high sound emission during the foaming process (~ 81.0dB from = 0.5 m)
This espresso machine from Russell Hobbs is easy to use thanks to plausible graphics on the control panel and a screen that visualises the current status. The quality of the espresso is acceptable, but could be improved in parts, as there are regularly a lot of coarse pores in the crema.
