Makes healthy wholemeal flour and gluten-free flour. Grinds 200 g of flour per minute at the touch of a button. Also easy on the ears and self-cleaning. Hopper capacity is 1400 g.
Suitable for wheat, rye, dried pulses, chickpeas, quinoa, as well as dry spices and all grains, including maize, rice, and millet, spices, and coffee.
Features a particularly high-quality grinding mechanism (near-diamond) that is infinitely adjustable with an 85 mm diameter. The star-shaped corundum ceramic grinding stones ensure extremely fine pastry flour.
