The CM 2198 crêpe maker from Severin is a decent appliance that is easy to handle and fine-tune. The coated plate does its job perfectly when new. Nothing bakes mercilessly, the crêpe is easy to turn. The spatula and turner are also well-shaped, although the spatula could be a little longer and a thinner edge on the turner wouldn't hurt.
