Die Arbeitsleistungen des Stabmixers sind insgesamt gesehen vollkommen in Ordnung und der Severin kommt dabei auch mit harten Lebensmittel zurecht. Allerdings muss der Nutzer hier etwas mehr Druck ausüben bis das Gut zerkleinert wird. Dennoch ist die Gesamtwertung für das Modell gut, da Bedienung sowie Reinigung sehr leicht von der Hand gehen.
