Alles in allem zeigt der Severin WK 3342 eine gute Gesamtleistung im Test, Schwächen leistet sich der Wasserkocher keine. Er lässt sich einfach bedienen, arbeitet recht schnell und vor allem mit seiner Ausstattung kann der Kocher vollauf begeistern.
An sich arbeitet auch der Severin zuverlässig und bringt das Wasser zügig auf Temperatur, nur nimmt er es damkit nicht so genau.
Direkt nach dem Anstecken des WK 3342 startet eine kleine Lichtorgel: Die Bedienelemente werden stufenweise beleuchtet, zeigen während des Betriebs dann auch die jeweils herrschende Wassertemperatur an. Das ist ein praktisches Ausstattungselement, denn es verrät im Prinzip auch, wie lange es noch dauert, bis der Heizvorgang beendet ist.
