Obwohl der Mixer sehr schnell arbeitet kann das hier ein Nachteil sein denn die Lautstärke ist hoch und auch die hohe Anfangsgeschwindigkeit benötigt etwas Einarbeitungszeit. Ansonsten arbeitet das Gerät zuverlässig und die Ausstattung ist mit einem Display solide.

Der Handmixer von Steba ist mit einem Netzschalter für höhere Sicherheit ausgestattet. Gute Ergebnisse erzielt das Modell beim Teigkneten und der Zubereitung von Eischnee. Allerdings benötigt der Mixer besonders lange, um Sahne steif zu schlagen.
