It is the timelessly beautiful fluting of the surface that - like an antique column - never ceases to fascinate: Francis Cayouette designs a simple but chilling tableware series for the Danish brand Stelton. While the machine-blown glass is dishwasher-safe (at 55 °C) and meets the modern demands of a kitchen, the ribbed surface is enchanting in two ways: firstly, each piece of crockery is easier to grip with the help of the fine ribs. Secondly, the light is beautifully reflected between the vertical grooves.

Pilastro bottle cooler and vase. It's wonderful when you can use one thing twice in the household. Francis Cayouette designed the wine cooler for Stelton in a very simple, straight-lined cylindrical shape, so that the bottle cooler not only keeps a bottle of wine, water or juice cool with ice-cold water in the tried and tested way, but can also be used as a simple vase to hold the occasional bouquet of flowers.
