This baking mat is the perfect alternative to disposable baking paper. Use it to immediately roll out the dough to the right size with the help of the printed measurements. Your work surface will be protected from dough residues. Thanks to the practical non-stick effect, no dusting with flour or greasing is necessary.

It's that easy: Lay the baking mat flat on the work surface. Position the dough in the middle of the mat and roll it out to the desired size. Place the rolled-out dough either in the corresponding cake tin or directly with the mat on the matching baking tray.

Thanks to the conversion tables for international measurements such as oven temperatures and filling quantities, you always have the different units of measurement in view and can even prepare your favourite recipes from abroad quickly and easily.
