Product details
The ZACO A10 is a smart vacuuming and mopping robot with 360° laser navigation.
This allows for precise and quick 360° scanning of the environment, protecting furniture and providing information for real-time mapping. With a low height of 9.2 cm, the A10 can easily fit under many pieces of furniture to vacuum, brush, and mop. The new 450 ml cellular dust tank features a special design that prevents hair or dirt from sticking inside. A triple filtration system, including a new cellular filter, effectively captures fine dust, making the A10 ideal for allergy sufferers.
The active mopping function, aided by the vibrating base of the water tank, helps to loosen stubborn dirt. Thus, the A10 is suitable for all types of hard floors, carpets, and with the iDropping protection and a 3-level water control, it is also suitable for parquet.
With the advanced features in the ZACOHome app, the full potential of the ZACO A10 is realized. The A10 has a multi-mapping function that allows room-specific maps to be saved in real-time for up to 3 floors. The app allows for the setting of room-specific cleaning schedules, enabling individual rooms to be cleaned on specific days and at specific times. Additionally, it can differentiate between custom areas such as "No-Go Areas," "To-Go Zones," and "Carpet Zones." In a defined "Carpet Zone," the robot will avoid the carpet while mopping and clean it with maximum power when vacuuming.
The A10 is SmartHome compatible and can be started or turned off via voice control with Amazon Alexa or Google Home. In the ZACOHome app, you can also adjust the suction power, side brush speed, language, and the robot's name. Please note that the robot only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Of course, offline use of the A10 is also possible with the included remote control.

A clear yes to this vacuuming and mopping robot with Wi-Fi from Zaco. It is quickly set up and ready to use. Thanks to its 360-degree navigation, it finds its way around the room very well. It does its job almost silently and precisely.
Robot vacuum cleaners and robot vacuum wipers are supposed to do the basic cleaning. The Stiftung Warentest test shows: Only a few robots are convincing. But at least eight are good. Tough tests in the test lab What the robots can do is shown in the test lab: the vacuuming robots and vacuum-mopping robots in the test have to clean carpets and hard floors on a test bench...
- Decent suction and wiping performance
- According to
- Detects carpet and obstacles only unreliably
Like Ecovacs, Zaco has given its cleaning aid an extra wiping module. In the test, however, the pulsating floor plate was less spirited than the test winner - and despite carpet detection, it sometimes scrubbed the carpet without a care in the world. Vacuuming was more reliable.

- Very good navigation system
- Many accessories
- 3 years warranty of the German distributor
- No cleaning agent possible
The Zaco A10 scores with an excellent navigation system, but it cannot vacuum and mop at the same time. But since it works flawlessly, that's something to get over. App messages should be there, though.

- Remote control
- Voice control (Alexa, Google Assistant etc.)
- Also drives on high pile carpets
- Dust container may lose some dirt when removed from the appliance.
Downloading and configuring the app works well and we can start the first suction round. For safe orientation, the robot is equipped with 360° laser navigation. Various sensors prevent it from colliding with obstacles or falling down heels. The change from smooth floor to flat and also high-pile carpet succeeds; there it vacuums with maximum force, as we have defined the carpet zone beforehand...
All cleaning robots in the test navigate unerringly and quickly through the rooms - laser technology and app control included. The test winner Roborock collects a lot of dirt and shines with its powerful wiping function. The cleaning experience of the competition is less rounded, because the devices are slightly weaker either when vacuuming (Zaco) or when mopping (Ecovacs).
