Zwilling Sharpening steel Twin 1731

Product details

A knife can lose its sharpness with use. This not only makes the cutting process more difficult, but can also be dangerous, as you have to use more force to cut meat, fish or vegetables. Therefore, the use of a blunt knife is not recommended. Nevertheless, you do not have to throw the knife away when using this sharpening steel.

No well-assorted kitchen should be without a sharpening steel like the Twin 1731 model. Because with this you can give dull blades new sharpness in a few seconds. With a length of 23 cm, the sharpening steel is even suitable for large knives, such as a chef's knife or a meat knife. The handling is very easy: you simply pass the sharpening steel over the cutting edge of the knife a few times and you can enjoy sharper results immediately.

To enable easy and fast sharpening, this model also has a tungsten carbide coating. This material is a little bit rougher and can be compared to a fine sandpaper. It grinds the blade and thus restores the cutting properties of the knife. The sharpening steel itself is also particularly durable. So if you always want to benefit from sharp knives when cooking, this sharpener from Zwilling is a good choice for you.
