Am I the only one who feels bad about this product? Does it vacuum but not remove the stains? I have to mop again after vacuuming if I want a clean floor. I sent the product in for service, and it came back worse than before, mouldy filter and bad smells. Tomorrow I send it in for repair again. Hopefully it will be replaced or even better refunded. I am really dissatisfied with the product.

The unit did a good job for me. However, as I needed more time for cleaning the appliance (rinsing x parts, drying etc.) than for the floor, I sold the appliance after only 3 months.

I don't expect miracles from this appliance. If the floor is too dirty, it cleans insufficiently. It can't reach corners because of the device. Before using it, I use the hoover. After vacuuming, one cleaning is quite sufficient. It cleans simple carpets satisfactorily. After use, I hold all dirty parts under running water, including the lower part of the appliance.

I have this and so does a friend of mine. We both love it. Mouldy smell may come if you do not rinse the filter like it says on the filter and let dry overnight. You can also just buy a new filter. If you forget to clean the dirty water that will smell too. You have to then clean it and let dry. For the hard stains use carpet setting it lets more cleaning fluid out and go over the stain til its gone. I have pets and this machine has no problem with me or my friend.
