It has a knife that works like a flash. You can try it with that. But make sure that there are no tendons on the meat. It's more like sausage meat than chopped meat. Try it, then you'll know.

I have never tried that. I cut coarsely faster with a knife. Besides, meat has a relatively high specific weight and is elastic, which makes me doubt that it would work well.
