If you have a unit with a hexagonal connection (twist system), no adapter is required.
The adapter KAT001ME is for mounting new attachments on older units with a slot (bar system).
The other adapter KAT002ME would be for older attachments (with bar system) on new devices (with twist system).

No special adapter is necessary. Can be fitted directly to the low-speed connection.
