Question about De'Longhi Pinguino PAC EL112 CST
Hello everyone, my air conditioning system very often goes into defrost mode when cooling, am I doing something wrong with the settings? Thank you for your help.

What do you mean by defrost mode?
If it says LE on the display, according to manual page 36:
"The appliance is equipped with a frost protection device to prevent excessive ice formation. Once the defrosting process is complete, the appliance restarts automatically."
Either the environment is too cold (which I can't quite believe), or too damp that excessive ice is forming, or the temperature sensor is faulty.
