Hello everyone. Which oven makes the better pizzas, the Delizia or the more expensive Napoletana? Is the more expensive Napoletana worth it? I'm asking because I read somewhere that the Delizia makes the better pizzas. Apart from pizzas, I would also like to make piadinas, flat rolls for slicing for bruschette, focaccia, scacciata, etc. FG
