Yes. We use the Kettle without a smartphone. It boils to 100°C, then cools to the target temperature and then holds the temperature for about 5-6 hours.
... and what is the "cooking behaviour"? Does it boil to the target temperature (from 20°C to 80°C) or cool to the target temperature (from 20°C to 100°C and cool to 80°C)?
