Hello, unfortunately our foam wheel (the thing that turns) went missing and I was referred to WMF themselves for a replacement. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have a location in Switzerland anymore and the German one I contacted wanted to send me a replacement part for 19.- - but this never arrived. Contact Where can I get such a spare part? My cappuccino heart cries every day over this loss and frustration. Can you help me? Thanks a million!
