Question about WMF Kitchen Minis rice cooker
I received it today. How can I prevent it from overcooking? I thought I could let the rice cooker run automatically from A-Z (ready rice) and then not have to worry about anything. I also didn't put the amount of water over the max limit. It only "beeps" at the end when all the water has evaporated. (dry) And it always starts to boil over. Then the whole "sauce" runs over the edge.
Overcooking, of course. Autocorrect messed up again :/
Shouldn't actually happen the day after tomorrow and has never happened with mine. Maybe too much water? The quantities in the instructions fit pretty well. E.g. 100g basmati rice and 140ml water, switch on and press start. If necessary, wash and drain the rice (I always do this). Good luck and good luck.
