Is the product always supplied with a D plug + adapter or was that an exception with BadMoonKiller? If so, is this an EU import or is the device not produced with a CH plug?

Our unit was also delivered with a CH plug, without an adapter!
My device was delivered with a CH plug. Without EU adapter.
My device was delivered with a CH plug. No D plug with Adaoter.
