Is this compatible with TP00 Pure Cool because it was listed as an accessory on that product page but is not mentioned above? Also is the return only possible if unopened?

I have a Dyson Pure Cool link (name given in the Android app) -> Name on the box Dyson Pure Cool Link Tower.

On my last purchase, I bought the reference 972426-01 and it works.

The item you name has the reference 965432-01 (if I believe the Galaxus description). So not compatible.

My research shows TWO COMPATIBLE REFERENCES (copy/paste from Dyson)
