My device has been at the Post-Hub for a week. Even Galaxus Support couldn't seem to help. The post office certainly couldn't.

That is the sole responsibility and task of Galaxus. You obviously have the tracking ID. Galaxus also has this ID. It is possible that the address on the label was damaged or entered/transmitted incorrectly. Galaxus is the client of the parcel service and should take care of this.
