Our Winbot W1 Pro does not spray the cleaning agent from the nozzle positioned at the top onto the window, but past it (into the air, so to speak). This means that the detergent from the upper nozzle lands primarily on the window frame/floor. Is this the same for you?

I sold it, it was too much trouble. That was just one of the problems. And as it doesn't go from window to window itself, you can keep topping it up and it doesn't do any good on the outside anyway (with pollen etc), I'm quicker with a Ha-Ra window cleaner.
