Pf what is the difference between this model and the 412.- model? I would be more inclined towards this one because it weighs 300 grams less and in the descriptions they look the same to me. Also in your opinion is this cordless model better or is it safer to stay with the corded pet pro model? I have a dog so I have a lot of hair around the house, and with the cordless you don't risk the battery not being at 100% over time. Are there any spare batteries? If there was a need to repair the hoover under warranty, would the shipping costs be my responsibility?

The only difference seems to be the colour. It is possible that the weight is incorrect as they look like the same models.

The wire then depends on how you intend to use it, I would usually advise getting it with the wire which is always better than having to recharge it every so often, knowing then that the battery is used and when it has come to the end it has to be changed and the warranty would not cover it. Unfortunately, we don't have batteries so you would have to contact the manufacturer directly.

Then there is also the risk that these hoovers are no longer manufactured and therefore neither are the batteries.

However, if you have animals that shed hair a lot, it is better to get one that is specially made, otherwise there is a risk that the hairs will clog up and overheat the motor.

For the warranty, the return charge is at your expense but if you have to send it back a second time then we cover the costs.
