what is the difference to the more expensive kMix KMX760CH ?
I cannot answer the question of the difference. I have been using the appliance 750 for a long time and knead bread dough with it. It works perfectly. Nothing more is necessary at all. I can only recommend it.
We have had the KMIX 750 in white for about 2 months and are more than satisfied for the price.
I have seen the KMIX 760 in almost all colour variations in a specialist shop. I don't know what kind of engineer would come up with the idea of chrome-plating a kitchen appliance. Doughs, butter, flour dust, then fumbling around with greasy fingers on the appliance.
If you like to spend hours polishing utensils in the kitchen, the 760 is the right choice for you.
Otherwise, watch the following video. After 6 minutes, the Decker already looks like a pig... without having been used!

All the technical data is the same, at least on the Galaxus website and also Kenwood. I mean only the lid on the top is different, on the totally overpriced 760CH it is chrome-plated instead of white lacquered. Take the 750WH and save money.
