The pedal resistance is comfortably adjustable in 24 steps by means of the resistance regulation. The user-friendly computer including holder for tablet and smartphone has an LCD display divided into 6 windows and allows many display values at a glance. This can be easily operated by simply touching the touch surfaces. Individual training goals can be realized by selecting the different programs. A varied training by means of the fixed 10 training programs is just as easy to realize as a pulse-monitored heart rate training with the differently stressing heart programs. The 5 individual training programs allow you to create your own training programs. The fitness test function evaluates your training performance after the training according to the school grade principle. The hand pulse sensors are integrated in the handlebars and can be used to monitor your pulse during training. The saddle is vertically adjustable in height and also horizontally adjustable by means of a quick-release fastener, so that a comfortable individual training position can be selected. The anti-slip pedals with the separate pedal securing strap ensure a stable foot position when pedalling. The front transport wheels allow an easy change of location and the rear height-adjustable foot caps ensure a safe stand of the device. Ergometer training with the AL 2 means: Weather-independent, cycling training with performance control for physical fitness, as well as target-oriented cardiovascular training or endurance training with pulse monitoring.
