Version: Athletic

The Flexi-Bar swinging stick is a true all-rounder. It covers numerous training areas, from endurance training to coordination training, as well as posture stabilization and movement sensitivity. In therapy, the swinging stick is primarily used for back and joint disorders. The variant for children is a shorter version. The models Sport, Intensive, and Athletic are designed for adults and are the same length, but with increasing levels of stiffness. The stiffer the stick, the more difficult it is to swing. The Athletic version adds a significantly higher self-weight as an additional challenge. For comfortable training, an area of about 2x2 m is also required.

To keep workouts varied, a workout poster and online training videos (not included with the Kids version) are included in the package.
