"Runs as if by itself" - that's exactly the case with the Scarpa Rush Trek (€220). The most striking feature is its strong, grippy sole. It provides excellent guidance and irons out unevenness. Mule tracks, scree fields, traverses on steep slopes - no problem at all. The Rush Trek's weight (1140 g/pair in size 42.5) makes it look a little out of place on forest tracks, but thanks to its strong cushioning...
Hardly any other shoe impressed the test crew as much as the Rush TRK from Scarpa; hardly any other shoe delivers such a harmonious overall picture. Although it is one of the more stable candidates, it provides a lot of cushioning on hard trails, rolls smoothly and is simply wonderfully easy to wear...
